Como fazer móvel caixa térmica | Na oficina S02E40

Dae pessoal!

Neste vídeo mostro para vocês como fiz esse móvel para embutir uma caixa térmica. Ótimo para a área de piscina, festa, casa de praia, sítio, scada, ou qualquer lugar que você preferir.

Materiais:

Caixa térmica;

Madeira 10×1,5;

Puxador e dobradiças.

 

Vou usar como base uma dessas caixas térmicas de plástico, mas vou precisar fazer umas modificações.

Para os pés vou unir duas de 70cm em forma de L.

Para as laterais vou usar forro de madeira.

Para todos os parafusos desse projeto vou fazer pré furo para não estourar a madeira.

Como os parafusos eram muito longos eu cortei com a micro retífica.

Cortei um pedaço da tábua que ficará entre os pés e regulei o forro para que ficasse tudo tampado.

Você pode ver que estou usando neste vídeo o kit de furadeira/parafusadeira e chave de impacto da Bosch, que neste mês está em promoção na Orion. Para mais informações e promoções acesse o link que vou deixar na descrição do vídeo.

Na serra esquadria cortei dois pedaços com as pontas em 45, que vão ficar na parte de cima da lateral.

Depois fechei a parte da frente e de trás da mesma forma que fiz as laterais.

Para fazer a tampa fiz uma caixa simples, mas mesma largura da tampa da caixa térmica, porém um pouco mais comprida. Essa distância é para o encaixe da tampa ficar mais fácil quando colocar a dobradiça.

Usei a multicortadora para cortar um encaixe para a tampa.

Depois fechei a parte de cima com forro e uma moldura. Usei parafusos que fossem compridos o suficiente para passar a parte de fora da tampa plástica mas não a parte interior. Dessa forma a tampa plástica fica presa a tampa de madeira.

Instalei a dobradiça e o puxador.

Encaixei a caixa térmica a tampa e fiz o fundo.

Para o ladrão eu vou trocar a válvula original por uma torneira. Abri um furo na lateral com a tupia e depois alinhei com o da caixa térmica usando a micro retífica.

Depois foi só lixar. Agora você pode finalizar usando produtos seguros para alimentos, como óleo mineral e cera de abelha.
