Dae pessoal!

Neste vídeo feito para o mês da música do Grupo Marceneiros do Brasil, ensino a fazer uma bateria de estudo, que é ótima para bateristas que moram em apartamento e precisam treinar, mas não querem gastar uma pequena fortuna em uma bateria eletrônica. Esta bateria foi feita com materiais batatos como madeira de pallet, parafusos, cola e EVA.

Material:
Madeira de pallet (estrutura);
MDF 2cm (pads);
EVA;
Parafusos;
Cola.

Ferramentas:
Serra (pode ser manual ou elétrica);
Furadeira;
Parafusadeira;
Grampos de fixação.

Tamanhos:

As medidas que eu estou passando é apenas para referência. Você pode mudar de acordo com o seu gosto. Tem gente que quer os tons mais baixos, tem gente que prefere a caixa mais alta. As medidas que estão aí são as que eu achei mais confortável para mim.

Para todos os suportes eu utilizei madeira com 1,5cm de espessura e 5cm de largura

Medidas da armação:

São necessários:

3 de 50cm;

1 de 53cm;

2 de 40cm;

2 de 65cm

Para o batedor de pedal de bumbo é necessário 1 pedaço de 25x10cm. Eu fiz em MDF de 15mm de espessura. Já para o prendedor do pedal de bumbo, usei um pedaço de 2x5cm com 1cm de espessura.

Os suportes da caixa e do surdo são iguais, então você vai precisar de dois iguais a esse da foto de cima. O ângulo do corte é 45º.

Para o chimbal você vai precisar de uma peça como a da foto acima. O ângulo do corte é 45º.

Para os suportes de pratos você vai precisar de 2 pedaços como o da foto acima. Os cortes da ponta são em 30º.

Você precisa fazer dois suportes de tons, como os da foto. Os tamanhos são apenas de referência, você pode fazer mais alto ou mais baixo, vai de sua preferência. Os cortes das pontas são em 45º.

 

Os pads seguem as medidas abaixo e são feitos com mdf de 15mm de espessura. Eles devem ser cobertos com EVA de 3mm ou mais.

São seis pads iguais ao mostrado acima e um para o chimbal, mostrado abaixo.
